The service

GamePlanr Talent is a system for running youth baseball and softball tryouts — generating a branded flyer and landing page, collecting no-account registrations, running check-in and evaluation on tryout day, and keeping a year-over-year talent pool of consented recruits.

Plans

GamePlanr Talent offers a Free tier for running a single live tryout event, and a Pro tier at $20/mo (or $200/yr) that adds the AI-designed Flyer Studio, AI copy suggestions, flyer-import prefill, and team-branded share cards. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Use GamePlanr Talent to organize and run legitimate youth sports tryouts and related recruiting activity. Don't use it to collect information you don't have a right to collect, to spam families, or to misrepresent your organization.

No warranty

GamePlanr Talent is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep tryout day running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamePlanr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
